These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoverLink’s website, mobile application, tracker, SIM-enabled services, and related products and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Note: By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using RoverLink Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About RoverLink
RoverLink (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a GPS and GSM-enabled dog tracker that allows pet owners to monitor their dog’s real-time location through a mobile application.

2. Eligibility
To use RoverLink Services:
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Description of Services
RoverLink provides:
• A GPS + GSM-enabled dog tracker
• Real-time location tracking via mobile network
• Location history and movement data
• SIM-based connectivity services
Important:
Tracking accuracy depends on:
• GPS (&GNSS) satellite availability
• GSM network coverage
• Environmental conditions
• Battery level
• Device placement
RoverLink does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or 100% accurate tracking.
4. Subscription & SIM Services
RoverLink features require:
• Active subscription plans
• SIM activation
• Recurring payments
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
Telecom connectivity is dependent on third-party network providers. RoverLink is not responsible for network downtime, signal loss, or telecom-related interruptions.
5. User Responsibilities
By using RoverLink, you agree that:
• You will properly secure the tracker on your dog's collar.
• You will charge the device when needed.
• You will ensure correct device fit and usage.
• You will not misuse, modify, or tamper with the device.
• You understand the device is a tracking aid, not a safety guarantee.
You are solely responsible for your dog’s supervision, safety, and well-being.
6. No Guarantee of Pet Safety
RoverLink is a location tracking assistance device only.
We do NOT guarantee:
• Prevention of pet loss
• Recovery of a lost pet
• Continuous location updates
• Immediate tracking response
• Protection against theft or injury
Use of RoverLink does not replace responsible pet ownership.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
RoverLink shall not be liable for:
• Loss of pet
• Injury or death of pet
• Theft
• Property damage
• Emotional distress
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• GPS inaccuracies
• Network outages
• Battery failure
• Delayed location updates
In no event shall RoverLink’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product in the last 12 months.
8. Emergency Disclaimer
RoverLink is not:
• An emergency response service
• A rescue service
• A law enforcement service
In case of emergency, contact appropriate authorities immediately.
9. Warranty Policy
RoverLink provides a limited hardware warranty of 12 months from date of purchase.
Warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Hardware malfunction (non-user damage)
Warranty does NOT cover:
• Physical damage
• Water damage (beyond the IP rating)
• Damage due to misuse
• Unauthorized repairs
• Battery degradation from normal usage
Warranty Void if:
• Tracker is opened
• Reverse Engirneered
Note: Bill (Retailer/Ours) or Proof of Purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.
Company may repair or replace the device at its discretion.
10. Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping
Your use of RoverLink is also governed by our Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy available at: https://www.roverlink.in/return-refund-cancellation-shipping-policy
By using our Services, you consent to the above mentioned Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including:
• RoverLink logo
• Mobile application
• Firmware
• Software
• Website content
• Product design
Are the exclusive intellectual property of RoverLink.
You may not:
• Reverse engineer
• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Create derivative works
Without written consent.
12. Privacy
Your use of RoverLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at: https://www.roverlink.in/privacy-policy
By using our Services, you consent to data collection as described therein.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You fail to pay subscription fees
• You misuse the Services
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
14. Force Majeure
RoverLink shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet failure
• Telecom outages
• War
• Strikes
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad (Haryana).
16. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute:
• Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution.
• Failing which, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Language: English
17. Changes to Terms
RoverLink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
