This Policy is made in such a way that it is practical & realistic to us, you & our partners that make RoverLink a reality, we are sorry that you face any inconvenience, we highly suggest you communicate with us before taking any such decision.
Note: Under no circumstance we provide Return or Refund for our hardware the dog tracker. Only exchange or repair under warranty terms.
1. Return
We do not accept return for the dog tracker, goods once sold aren't returned.
If you bought RoverLink from a 3rd party retailer, please contact them or view their Return Policy also.
We do have a Buyback service, email us at: support@roverlink.in for more info.
2. Refund
We do not process any refund for the dog tracker once the order is shipped.
If you bought RoverLink from a 3rd party retailer, please contact them or view their Refund Policy also.
Exceptions:
• Payment made but goods are not delivered.
• Payment is made but stock is unavailable.
• Order is not shipped
Refund window & resolution are subject to our payment gateway partner.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation Policy is only applicable to the Subscription Plan of the mobile application CoolPet.
Please email us at: support@roverlink.in to cancel your subscription.
To maximize your satisfaction we offer a live in-person demo before you actually buy it.
4. Shipping
Subject to our Shipping/Delivery Partner.
